So I’m in Tanzania posting about Arizona. The life of a founder in travel. 🤗

When I started mapping out the kinds of experiences I wanted to bring to my next retreat, The Aligned Life Retreat, one name kept popping into my mind......

It was one of those moments where something comes through so clearly that you can’t ignore it.

I didn’t know Jasmin personally, but something in me said, “She’s someone you need to connect with.”

Then, in perfect alignment, our mutual friend casually mentioned she’d just had lunch with the founder of Be Rooted.

And a few days later, I happened to see Jasmin post on Threads… even though I wasn’t following her.

At that point, it was too many signs to ignore.

So I DMed her on Threads. We scheduled a call a few weeks later.

And here we are.

Alignment doing what alignment does.

I’m so excited to welcome Jasmin Foster and Be Rooted to The Aligned Life Retreat.

Not only will Jasmin be gifting all attendees her beautiful wellness journals, she’s also leading a journaling workshop during the retreat, something I know will land deeply for so many of us.

This is exactly the kind of experience I’ve been intentional about curating:

Not just the same talking points.
But speakers and creators who bring impact.
People who give you actionable takeaways in the room and when you leave it..

I’ve been moving through so much on my own these last few years. But I’m realizing that feeling alone doesn’t always mean you are. Sometimes the right people are just waiting for you to invite them in.
