Dr. Polk graduated from Life University in 1997 with a doctorate in chiropractic (D.C.) degree and Georgia College & State University in 1991 with a B.S. in Biology.

Dr. Knight graduated from Life University in 1999 with a doctorate in chiropractic (D.C.) degree and SUNY Albany with a B.S. in Human Biology.
