Thank God is all I can say. 2023 was my comeback year of getting back into the sport of track and field. Thank you Star Athletics , , , , , and for allowing me to work with yall this year. Last night highlighted some of the hard work I helped with as they earned 2 USATF Athletes of the Year, the Nike Coach of the Year, and the USATF World Championship Track Performer of the Year. Now, let's get ready for the Olympics next year!!!

USA Nationals Recap: First off, this year has been very important to me to get MY GOOD NAME back. A few know what I'm talking about. But all in all, I'm blessed to have a great network.

Thank you (Dennis Mitchell) and for working together with me during this very important track meet. Congrats to the squad who made the World Championship Team to compete in Budapest next month.
