Community activist taj anwar has taken her love for the community and organic food, combining them in

Perrin Farmers Market, Bed & Breakfast and Mary's Brunch, along with Lillian's Cage Free Eggs and Bill's Kale in stores and restaurants and Lilla's Doula Services is owned and operated by their granddaughter/ great neice, taj anwar. Our purpose is to make quality living practices accessible to everyone while teaching health and sustainability to the community at large.

There’s a reason “sins of the father” is a theory. Ladies and folks with wombs however you identify better start researching the PAST AND CHARACTER of who yall decide to make children with… ESPECIALLY if you go onto to have daughters. It absolutely matters. The way that man has treated women will absolutely circle the block… and it will start with the women he loves the most.

food truck for the absolute win on Saturday at Festival. They were SUPER sweet and even gave me a little extra after my presentation/ performance. Great portions and flavor- price not too crazy. I’m not a fan of swai fish- BUT fish was fried hard like I like it.
The picture doesn’t do it justice, I was rushing. I was hungry lol but the Mac and cheese slapped, the potato salad slapped, BUT ALSO the baked beans (not pictured) was bussin’.

Had dinner with my coworkers last night at .grill. We had the nostbadorable waitress with the most beautiful skin and lovely disposition- I can't remember her name- Black woman with curly hair- anyway Hendow had the crispy fish sandwich (halibut) and I had a General Tso Superfood Bowl which gave what was supposed to be gave. Portions decent size, I had enough to take home. Their fries were not good tho, tbh- BUT everything else was A1. Made fresh to order- defly be back.

Instead of minding orhwr folks bed politics- here’s something you can craft for your family. Healthy mouthwash…. Water, baking soda, cloves, peppermint/ spearmint, tea tree. Don’t forget to brush your tongue and mind your business.

🌿 Help RW to Maintain a Safe Haven for Families & Birth Workers 🌿

I’ve dedicated the last 4 years to serving moms, babies, and families through midwifery & postpartum care in the Real Whole House- buily and funded 95% on working overtime. After a workplace injury, I’ll soon undergo a lumpectomy (anotjer atorynfor another day) and step back briefly from birth work — but the mission continues.

So many have asked how can they help the movement.

Had Basil Vanilla ice cream topped with brownie bites per the staff suggestion at and I gotta tell ya… this wasn’t bad! The warmth of basil coupled with the brownie bites was chef’s kiss.

I love Dutch pancakes however- APF just ain’t super good for you. So I attempted it with brown rice flour. Came out aight! Cook time was a little longer- otherwise couldn’t tell the difference.

Still on my Mac tour trying to test the best macaroni and cheese my people have to offer!
Was outside at the Atlanta Pan African Fest in the Dec… and I had quite possibly the spiciest, driest mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. I am hoping that because it was near the end of the fest that is to blame for this poor presentation. But this for $14 is crazy work.

I had oyster, trumpet and portobello mushrooms dry ramen with veggies topped with poppy, h**p and pumpkin seeds… side of avocado. Dressing was peanut butter.
