At Foundations Atlanta, we provide dual diagnosis treatment to individuals with substance use disorders who may also have co-occurring mental illnesses. The design of our outpatient program serves as a step-down for patients transitioning from inpatient treatment or for patients who are seeking treatment early in their disease. Our facility has nationally recognized addiction psychiatrists, an addiction medicine pharmacist and masters-level trained addiction therapists on staff. In addition to dual diagnosis treatment, we provide care management programming, substance use disorder evaluations and pretrial intervention services also known as alternative sentencing. We are also licensed for both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care.
