It is my professional goal to provide you with excellence in every aspect of your clinical consultation with the ultimate aim of assisting you in improving your quality of life. I offer you years of academic knowledge and practical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral health and addictive disorders. I utilize an individualized approach with the best available tools including screening, evaluation, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I have a personal and deep understanding of multicultural populations and their relation to mood disorders, trauma, and addictions. I specialize in working with immigrant populations struggling with behavioral health issues primarily related to the stressors added to their lives due to their own or their loved ones immigration status and the concerns associated with adjustment, fear of separation and acculturation issues. Additionally, I have extensive training and expertise in the addictions field, working with Accountability Courts (DUI and Drug Court, Pre-Trial Diversion, and Compliance Courts) and with the State of Georgia DUI Intervention Program as a Certified DUI Clinical Evaluator. My professional experience includes founding The Road to Recovery, Inc. a premier culturally and linguistically competent international behavioral health practice which has been providing multi-lingual psychological services since 1995.
