Although these videos were created for my Home-Based Cardiac Rehab program at the VA, they’re beneficial for anyone looking to move more intentionally, reconnect with their breath, and restore balance in the body. 🧘🏽‍♀️💓

Gardening is a lot like life. Take companion planting, for example. You plant certain plants next to each other because they help each other grow better. One may shade the other or maybe one keeps pests away from the other. In other words, they work best together. Then say you put too many plants that don’t belong together next to each other they can drain each other or stunt growth. Just like these plants, you too grow better, bigger, stronger when you get away from draining energy. You grow better when you have the right companions around you, supporting your growth. 🫶🏾😘☺️

Today I’ve been thinking about respecting the circle of life. Finding beauty in both life and death. I was thinking about my grandma and then the thought came to me, when she was getting sick, my nephew was being made. I feel we should view both as equals, balance. Anyhow that’s my quick thought for now. Love you babes! Have a Divine Day! 🫶🏾
