Tuesday Tip 💡: Relief from Herniated Disc Pain Without Major Surgery

If you’re struggling with back or leg pain from a herniated disc, Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression (PLDD) may be an option worth exploring.

This minimally invasive procedure uses laser technology to relieve pressure on the affected nerve—helping reduce pain, improve mobility, and get you back to your daily routine faster than traditional surgery.

✔️ Small incision
✔️ Outpatient procedure
✔️ Minimal downtime

Not every patient is a candidate, but for the right person, PLDD can be a game-changer.

Pain in the inner thigh or groin can make it difficult to run, exercise, or even walk comfortably. One possible cause is a groin strain, a common injury that occurs when the muscles connecting the thighs to the lower abdomen are stretched or torn. ()

Our latest blog explains how to recognize the signs of a groin strain, what may cause it, and when it may be time to seek care from a specialist. Understanding the source of your pain is the first step toward getting back to the activities you enjoy.

“Tennis elbow,” also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a common overuse injury that causes pain and inflammation in the tendons on the outside of the elbow. It’s often linked to repetitive motions of the wrist and forearm—not just tennis. In fact, activities like painting, gardening, lifting, or using tools can trigger it too.

Common symptoms may include:
✔ Pain on the outside of the elbow
✔ Weak or painful grip
✔ Discomfort when lifting, gripping, or bending the wrist

These symptoms can gradually worsen and even make simple tasks—like turning a doorknob or holding a coffee cup—painful.

The good news? Many cases improve with non-surgical treatments. But when pain persists and limits your daily activities, advanced treatments—including minimally invasive surgery—may help relieve pain and restore strength and function to the elbow.

Chronic back pain can make everyday activities feel overwhelming—but new treatment options may offer relief.

One option is the Intracept® procedure, a minimally invasive treatment designed for certain types of chronic low back pain that targets the basivertebral nerve inside the spine to stop pain signals at their source.

In our latest blog, we explain how the procedure works, who may be a candidate, and what patients should know if they’ve been struggling with long-lasting back pain.

👉 Read the full blog here:

Chronic low back pain can be exhausting, limiting your ability to work, exercise, and enjoy everyday life. For many people, the pain persists despite months or even years of physical therapy, medications, or injections. When conservative treatments fail, patients often assume surgery is the only rem...

A hip labral tear happens when the ring of cartilage (called the labrum) that cushions and stabilizes your hip joint gets damaged — often from sports, repetitive motion, falls, or wear over time. These tears can cause pain, stiffness, catching or clicking sensations, and limited mobility.

👨‍⚕️ Hip labral repair is a minimally invasive procedure used to restore the damaged cartilage and help your hip work more smoothly.
