Why change how you show up, when it’s kinda working?
“I’ve been this way for a long time. It’s familiar.

But how do you actually do that?

Let’s start with what a boundary isn’t:
❌ Telling someone else what to do
❌ Punishing or threatening when they don’t comply
❌ A wall to keep everyone out

Because boundaries aren’t about control. They’re about clarifying what you will and won’t allow in your space.

Here’s what a boundary is:
✔️ A clear statement of what you need to feel safe and respected
✔️ A way of honoring your own needs
✔️ A choice about how you’ll respond if your needs aren’t respected

A boundary is you saying:
“Here’s what I need...and here’s how I’ll take care of myself if that isn’t honored.”

Boundaries don’t push people away, they make room for healthier connections.

Starting with the one you have with yourself. 💛
