🌿 Did you miss this week’s Art Therapy Retreat? It was such a fun and insightful day! Participants created Self-Care Blocks—a hands-on project designed to remind us of the importance of taking time to recharge, reflect, and nurture ourselves. 💙 At CSC Atlanta, we believe self-care is an essential part of healing, whether that means finding moments of calm, expressing creativity, or building healthy routines.
