What Men Need to Know Mondays
When a woman is under chronic stress, her body goes into survival mode. This will increase cortisol (the stress hormone) and suppress reproductive hormones, meaning irregular cycle, mood, sleep, and libido levels.
But here’s the part men often miss:
Stress is not just about workload — it’s also about emotional and relational safety.
When she feels unseen, unheard, or unsupported, her body feels it too.
💡 What You Can Do
-Encourage rest, prayer, and relaxation — not just “fixing it.”
-Offer practical help: draw her a warm bath, encourage her to take a walk, or make her tea.
