I didn’t become a holistic therapist just to help people “cope.”
I became one because I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. High-functioning, successful on the outside, exhausted on the inside.
Talk therapy alone wasn’t enough for my own healing.
My body needed a voice.
My nervous system needed safety.
My spirit needed space.
Holistic therapy gave me language for what my body had been holding, permission to slow down, and tools that didn’t ask me to bypass my pain, but to be with it.
Now I support others in reconnecting with themselves through therapy that honors the mind and the body, breath, movement, rest, ritual, and real conversations.
Healing isn’t just about understanding your story.
It’s about feeling safe enough to live it fully.
✨ If you’re ready for a more embodied, intentional approach to mental health, you don’t have to do it alone.
