EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a transformative, evidence-based therapy that helps adults heal from traumatic or distressing experiences by reprocessing those memories in a safe, guided environment.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR doesn’t require you to speak in detail about the event. Instead, it uses bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements) to help your brain process and “re-file” those difficult memories, so they no longer feel overwhelming or intrusive.
