BREATH

A single breath can shift everything.

When your nervous system feels overwhelmed, your body isn’t looking for more information… it’s looking for safety.

Breath is one of the fastest ways to communicate that.

Try this with the sound of the bowl—
Inhale for 4
Hold for 4
Exhale for 6

That longer exhale is the key. It gently signals your body to soften, slow down, and come out of stress mode. Your heart rate begins to settle, your mind quiets, and your body remembers how to feel safe again.

The sound helps guide you.
The breath does the work.

🌿 Reminders

We are all doing the best we can.

Learning to not create a perception of someone—whether they are new, or someone close to you—helps you stay in your own energy.

Something we often do is take some facts and then create a story to fill in the rest. We speculate.

From an energetic perspective, this is the mind trying to create safety. The brain is wired to protect, so when something feels unclear or unfamiliar, it fills in the gaps with a narrative.

But those narratives aren’t truth—they’re protection.

And this is where miscommunication begins… when we start relating to people through a story instead of what is actually present.

What would it feel like to pause that process?

To notice the moment your mind starts creating a story…
and choose curiosity instead?

Why not ask, if you’re wondering?
Why invest energy into something that may not even be real?

When you’re more centered in your own energy, you can see this pattern as it begins.

There’s something interesting happening right now.

The energy is now pulling subliminal patterns to the surface.

The subtle ones.
The lifelong ones.
The patterns so ingrained we don’t even question them because they feel like “just who I am.”

These are often the hardest to shift — not because they’re dramatic, but because they’re familiar. They’re woven into daily decisions, relationships, boundaries, work, self-talk.

What I’m noticing in sessions lately is that this heightened frequency we’re living in is increasing awareness, sensitivity, movement of energy, not wanting to repeat things that we used to not care about.

When a pattern becomes conscious, it becomes workable and gives us the ability to shift it into more of our own alignment.

A session with me is to help guide you. To validate you. To help you understand the way you move, reactions you have, and emotions you feel. It doesn’t “fix” you.
It brings you into alignment with the part of you that you have always known. That little voice inside that tries to get you to stay centered.

From that alignment, the pattern can soften and teach you to shift in the moment when it reappears.

Eclipses tend to illuminate what has been quietly building beneath the surface. They can stir emotion, bring clarity, disrupt patterns, or simply make everything feel amplified. There’s often a sense of feeling amped — like something is asking to shift.

• Integration of Energy Through Ease •

This week is not about expansion, acceleration, or breakthrough. It is about allowing what you’ve already opened, to settle into form.

Energetically, this week supports:
• nervous system regulation
• cellular re-patterning
• emotional digestion
• embodiment of insight (not chasing new insight)

You may notice:
• needing more rest than usual
• less tolerance for noise, pressure, or emotional labor
• a desire to simplify conversations and commitments
• moments of deep calm followed by brief waves of
emotion

This is not a regression.
It is integration.

In the old paradigm of energy we pushed energy upward and outward.

WEDNESDAY SOUND BATH | Tonight | 6:30pm

This week’s Full Moon has been working on us longer than a single night. As many astrologers have shared, this lunar cycle has been about illumination, emotional truth, and energetic release—bringing subconscious emotions to the surface so it can be released rather than carried forward.

Full Moon energy amplifies everything. Thoughts, feelings, nervous system responses, intuition. When that amplification lingers, the body needs support to settle what’s been stirred.

Sound is frequency medicine.
Through vibration and resonance, the body is gently guided into slower brainwave states where the nervous system can soften, energy can reorganize, and we can release what is needed.

Tonight’s Soundbath is an invitation to come back into coherence—to let this week’s intensity settle into clarity, grounding, and inner stillness.

Sound Baths are an extension of the energy work I do with clients. It helps the nervous system recalibrate — especially during times of collective and personal transition — and next week’s session will be another beautiful reset.

THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MOVEMENT — If you feel called, take a few slow breaths tonight and imagine sound moving through your body the way it usually does in the room.

• inhale through the nose 4 slow seconds
• hold your breath for 4 slow seconds
• exhale, your breath through the mouth for 8 slow seconds

The 4-8 breath acts as a “natural tranquilizer” for the nervous system by forcing an immediate shift from the sympathetic “fight-or-flight” mode to the parasympathetic “rest-and-digest” mode. The slow 8-second exhalation stimulates the vagus nerve, which lowers the heart rate, reduces blood pressure, and reverses the physiological effects of acute stress.

WEDNESDAY SOUNDBATH — Earth + Energy + Nervous System

Over the past couple of days, the Sun has kicked off one of the strongest space weather events we’ve seen in this solar cycle. A powerful X-class solar flare on January 18th hurled a massive cloud of charged plasma (a coronal mass ejection) straight toward Earth, and as of Jan 19–20 that CME has been hitting our magnetosphere, sparking severe geomagnetic storm activity and auroras visible unusually far south. 

These solar events are bursts of electromagnetic energy that interact with Earth’s magnetic field and ionosphere. Magnetic and electric fields play a real role in how our environment regulates rhythm and balance, including circadian rhythms and the nervous system. Some research suggests that shifts in geomagnetic activity can correlate with subtle effects on biological systems like heart rate, sleep patterns, and stress responses. 

Sound is energy, too.
Just as the Sun’s plasma alters fields around us, the frequencies in a soundbath create structured vibration that our nervous system can entrain to. Certain frequencies support transitions into calmer brainwave states (alpha, theta), helping the body rest, regulate stress hormones, and reset the nervous system. That makes intentional sound an anchor point when the field around us feels fluctuating or unpredictable.

As we hold space on Wednesday — with the solar storm and the incoming fast-moving energy of the Year of the Horse — comes the intentional choice to nurture balance over overstimulation.

Let the frequencies help your system relax, reset, and resonate gently from the inside out.
