thankful and grateful
camera crumbs from this past week — long drives, too much coffee, thanksgiving plates, lots of sweets, slow walks, belly laughs, and memories I’ll keep tucked close.
last week pulled me out of my routines in every direction. different places, new foods, new people, new feelings. I started therapy again. met with a nutritionist. let myself be a beginner in my own life.
and honestly? I’m grateful for all of it.
a reminder if you need it too:
it’s okay to step outside your “normal.”
it’s okay to move less, eat differently, skip your habits, forget the structure.
your routine doesn’t leave you — it waits for you.
growth usually happens in those messy in-between moments… when we try something unfamiliar, when we choose softness instead of control, when we trust ourselves enough to shift.
