It’s about doing what you can, consistently.
Not extreme restriction.
Not all-or-nothing thinking.
Just small, supportive habits repeated daily.
This can look like:
• Eating balanced meals
• Drinking more water
• Getting enough rest
• Adding more whole foods
• Intentional movement
• Managing stress where you can
