I was surprised today at the end of my chair yoga class to get a recognition award for 2024 called Rising star 2024. I was awarded for the most growth in growing my chair yoga class programs ages 40+ at the city of Kennesaw parks and rec. Center Kennesaw GA.
I am so honored by this and I especially thank all my wonderful ladies who continue to show up week after week! I love you all! Your support means so much!
Don’t forget what we discussed going into our new year today. “ There is no future in the past, we live in the present tense “ It’s going to be a great year of health and healing on so many levels!!

So excited to add this new Certificate to work with parkinsons patients! The earlier you start exercise after diagnosis is so important to hold back some of the progressive disease symptoms. They definitely need cardio, stretching, balance, weights, depending are where they are at in their diagnoses. Great progress is being made in research and the wonderful benefits of exercise!! I will start a new class after the new year at the Kennesaw Parks and rec center. I will let everyone know when I get that schedule. Going to be alot of fun!!

So excited (setting up) going in today to record my first 45 minute seated chair yoga class. I have 4 ladies coming in to be a part of my video from the city of kennesaw parks and rec. Center where I currently hold classes. My first utube video is at Summer Street productions with a short podcast interview and some shorts demoing some stretching and strengthing exercises. So this is part 2 . Now you will be able to take a class in the privacy of your home! I will make an announcement when I go live this week. Please like and share this announcement. I will be starting with just some shorts demonstrating specific exercises and a short podcast of what I'm all about. More to come. I will go live to announce the exact date I will be dropping the 1st video where u can exercise in the comfort of your home.
