ESWT is a non-invasive treatment method that is used for various musculoskeletal complaints, i.e. disorders affecting the muscles, bones, joints, nerves, tendons, or ligaments. The targeted application of high-energy shock waves can alleviate pain and accelerate the healing of injuries.

EMTT is a non-invasive treatment solution in which the painful areas of the body are treated with high-energy magnetic pulses. Within fractions of a second, a dynamic magnetic field with a high intensity is generated. The energy is then transferred to the areas of the body to be treated via a treatment loop.

Study data shows that, while both ESWT and EMTT are successful in their own right, when they are combined they become even more successful in the treatment of soft tissue and bone diseases. The combination of both therapies and the resulting accelerated treatment success significantly reduces the overall treatment time for the patient.

The lithotripter can be used with different X-ray systems to create an ergonomically optimized workstation. The »semi-stationary« concept can be combined with mobile C-arcs for localization. This semi-stationary arrangement of the workstation devices allows direct system access without having to readjust the system components. Since no installation measures are necessary, the workstation can be easily transferred to a different room.
