Flossing Tip!

It is essential to wash your hands before flossing your teeth to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria! It is recommended to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds! Singing “Happy Birthday” twice while washing will ensure you’ve scrubbed for 20 seconds! 🧼🦷
