My parents and grandparents always encouraged this kind of communication—and they still do today. 💞 It may not be an easy adjustment at first, and that’s okay. With patience and consistency, these small shifts in language can lead to big growth. Keep modeling, keep guiding—it’s worth it. 💪🏾

What an incredible day it was at the BIPOC Doula Photoshoot! 📸💙✨ I'm all about networking and bringing others together. It was an absolute joy to come together with Birthworkers from across Georgia and neighboring areas. The energy in the room was electric as we danced, sang, and laughed. Connecting with each of you was truly inspiring!

A special shoutout to my incredible mentor, Doula of the Divine, LLC. 🙌🏾 Thank you for pushing me to make this happen. Your guidance and support has been invaluable. This photoshoot was a beautiful reminder of the power of mentorship and solidarity within the birthwork community.

These photos capture not just moments, but the essence of solidarity, empowerment, and love within our community. Together, we are rewriting the narrative, ensuring that every birthing experience is honored, respected, and celebrated.
