Our founder, Coach Shayla, recently had the privilege of bringing our signature sound bath experience to Atlanta, Georgia as part of the experience at .fitspalife in Midtown.

A room full of wildflowers, a grounding sound bath to set the tone for the day, a fireside chat with Keshia Knight Pulliam and Maloni Goss, a nourishing meal, spa treatments, tears, laughter and more.

The Exhale Experience curated by is all about meeting you where you are and creating space for you to come back to yourself. We love that for all of us.

It’s Sacred Sunday!

We’ve had a weekend packed with events, massages, and Reiki. We had the pleasure of joining for their AMAZING Children’s Cluster and met so many beautiful parents. The morning panels on self-care and parenting school-aged children were so affirming.

It was truly a sacred space. Thanks for having us!

Today, we are slowing down to breathe, set intentions, and start the week with greater intention. I’m excited for today’s sound bath and grateful for the souls who’ll be joining us.

Wherever you are. Whatever your beliefs. Know that you are sacred. Your body, your breath, your entire being. Simply because you exist.

Take a few moments to sit with that truth, think of what you’re grateful for, and imagine what you desire to experience.

Our body butter was inspired by my son’s eczema.
Late nights. Tender skin. And a mama’s desire to soothe what she couldn’t fix overnight and what doctors could only manage with steroid creams.

But it was also born from something deeper.

My desire to create space for myself and for others to truly be well.

This product is a prayer.

An opportunity to turn something mundane
into something mindful.
It’s an invitation to pay attention to your body.

A reminder to breathe when life feels heavy
and when it feels beautiful.
A balm for skin and for spirit.

When you apply it to your skin (or your hair 😘),
pause for just a moment.

Evoke the feeling you desire to carry into your day.
Peace. Confidence. Softness. Clarity. Joy.

Let that feeling settle into your skin
and expand throughout your being.
Let it sink into your shoulders, your breath, your posture
before you step back into the world.

And please don’t forget to thank that amazing body of yours.
The one that carries you
and everything you carry.

With regret, we have decided to postpone today’s Sacred Sunday Hike.

Rain is forecasted for Pilot Mountain this afternoon, and we are exercising caution due to potentially slick conditions.

We’ll announce a new date soon.

In the meantime, we invite you into the following practice to gently prepare for the new year:

• Take a quiet stroll or sit outside for 10–15 minutes. Be present. Notice the cool air as you breathe, admire the sky, and allow yourself to fully immerse in the moment.

• Ask yourself what you’ve learned this year that feels essential to carry forward. Reflect on what embodying that lesson might look like moving ahead.

• Ask yourself what your intentions and desires are for the new year. Who will you need to become to align with those intentions and desires? Allow yourself to feel the emotions of the version of you who already has those things. Feel the freedom, creativity, healing, power, abundance, and joy. Laugh, cry, and imagine every detail of the experience.

• Write down your lessons. Separately, write your desires and intentions in the present, affirmative tense.

• Place them in a sacred space.

✨ Sacred Sunday can happen anytime and anywhere.

We send you our love and blessings for joy, healing, and abundance. We’re continuing our days of rest as we focus on recharging, enjoying time with family, and nourishing our souls.

We got Cash Mobbed y’all!

When I first heard about the initiative championed by Chantae Reynolds ( ), I hoped that we’d be among the small businesses visited. What I didn’t anticipate was it happening TODAY but when the door opened and people kept coming, I knew exactly what was happening! 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

One hour of sales matched the economic impact of hours of vending. But what was even better was getting to meet and share OMG with new and familiar faces and hearts. I take a bit of OMG with me wherever I go, but there’s nothing like having people here.

To Chantae and everyone who came or sent a shopper, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I am grateful, encouraged and inspired.

To all of our community, local and afar, thank you for all the ways that you show up for us. Being small businesses owners is such a labor of love that sometimes comes with high and lows. Yet you’ve consistently reminded us that our team along with our products and services, not only matter but also make a real difference.

We love the way you love us and we are honored to serve you.

Dr. Angelou once challenged us to “be a rainbow in somebody’s” cloud. Today’s Cash Mob was a powerful reminder for us all to do the same.
