𤣠Itâs funny how easy a workout looks⌠until you start doing it. At first youâre like, âOh yea, I got this!â But then your body hits that unfamiliar feeling and suddenly you want to slow down. You start asking yourself, âCan I really do this?â
And that moment right there âŚ.. that uncomfortable shift (see me changing after 3 minutes đ¤Ł) thatâs where the breakthrough lives.
This workout had me reflecting because life and business are the same.
I had distractions⌠my son asking random questions, my spouse teasing me in the background (no shade đ
).
When youâre stepping into a new season, your mind, your body, and even the opinions around you will fight the unfamiliar.
That doesnât mean stop.
It means youâre transitioning.
For me, this is the beginning after a three-year battle with depression and grief I didnât even recognize at first. It showed up in my words, my reactions, my health, my energy, and even my anxiety around money.
But hereâs what God has been showing me:
đ Your health is your wealth.
I had to get quiet, get honest, and get before God.
Because everything I need⌠He already placed in me.
I just had to stop quitting.
Stop shrinking.
Stop disqualifying myself.
Stop abandoning my mission because discomfort made me doubt myself.
This season is about rebuilding, in health, in life, and in business.
Consistency over perfection.
Obedience over opinions.
Healing over hiding.
Faith over fear.
And if youâre in a transition too, let this remind you: That uncomfortable place?
Something new is being built in you.
Keep going my sisters and brothers. Weâre just getting started. â¨đ
