Meet our 2026 Walk to Cure Arthritis Medical Honoree - Dr. Christopher Gentchos from Concord Orthopaedics!

Dr. Gentchos joined Concord Orthopaedics in 2007. In that time he has helped countless New Hampshire residents living with arthritis.

He holds a Batchelor of Science at Dickinson College, a Medical Doctorate at Georgetown University, an Orthopaedic Residency at Wayne State University, a Lower Extremity Reconstruction Fellowship at Michigan State University.

As a Lieutenant Commander, US Navy, who served 2 combat tours in Iraq, including on USNS Comfort Hospital ship in 2003. Dr. Gentchos was awarded Fleet Marine Force Medal with combat device, & Navy and Marine Corp Commendation Medal.

Dr. Gentchos has published studies & book chapters on Achilles tendon tears, Hallux Valgus, Flat foot deformity, ankle arthritis, penetrating trauma, tourniquet use, midfoot injuries, and several surgical techniques.

He is married and has 2 sons, and lives in Concord New Hampshire.
