Please check out this amazing testimonial from one of my golfers, who was suffering from golfer’s elbow. We used a combination of stretch therapy & Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to achieve great results!
•
I highly recommend Ben Wooley’s stretch sessions. He very quickly determines the areas that need work, or calls opportunities as he calls them, in each session. It has greatly improved my overall movement and flexibility. His soft tissue instrument work at the beginning of each session has been a game changer for my golfer’s elbow tendonitis. I am now able to play golf and lift weights unrestricted and pain free.
