Breath + Intention = Lifelong Power! Today in Yoga Club, we tapped into somehting powerful-the connection between breath and intention. A lesson that sticks with you, no matter your age. We began by Tuning In to the sound of the singing bowl, settling into Just Breathe pose, and letting the noice fade so we could hear what really matters. Then, after a dynamic Warm Up and quick review of last week's theme of Intention, the Pom-Poms came out! They used their breath to turn Intention into Action. At Grounded Kids Yoga, we teach REAL yoga with real benefits kids carry with them for life. This is just one of the MANY ways we make learning yoga fun, experiential, and deeply impactful.
