2016 was the year I did the big chop ✂️ and changed my life!
I took my hair from the longest it’s ever been to the shortest it’s ever been. I got my first white coat 👩🏻‍⚕️. I dressed up as El from season 1 of Stranger Things for Halloween. I worked the X-Games in Aspen and Austin. I dabbled in modeling. I got even gayer 🏳️‍🌈 I loved working at Lush Cosmetics. I got my MacBook that I’m still using today. I made a lot of good friends and bad decisions. The nostalgia is truly killing me!

The new Pulmonary Pink color from is the perfect reminder that it’s not too late to protect those 🫁 with a flu shot!💉

This flu season is severe with the CDC estimating 15,000,000 illnesses, 180,000 hospitalizations, and 7000 deaths (and this is likely being underreported.) As of today, outpatient visits for flu-like symptoms are higher than they’ve been for the last 30 years (help!)

Remember, the flu shot may not prevent you from getting the flu, but it should prevent serious, or life-threatening illness. If you haven’t gotten yours this season, don’t wait!

A year in ✨fits✨ — some of my favorite looks from 2025!

If you’ve been following me for a long time, you might remember “Fashion Fridays” when I’d share a favorite outfit once a week. The combination of style and beauty and medicine was the inspiration for my handle “Coutureinclinic.”

Spending most of my time in scrubs, I kinda forgot the joy in dressing up and in sharing lifestyle content. I’m hoping to bring that back in the new year and I hope you’ll follow along. ❤️
