10 years ago, I met Dr. Simon Yu. What I learned from him about the dental and parasitic causes of illness remain a large part of the work I do. We have both found that stool testing for parasites is often inaccurate. Because of that, we both use energetic testing to look for their energetic resonance. We've also learned that they can hide from our testing systems so we've both come up with our own ways of unmasking their presence. If present, addressing them effectively often goes a long way in those with Chronic Lyme, mold, and other complex illnesses.

Having been trained by Drs. Klinghardt and Simon Yu, one of the issues that I evaluate in all patients is the possibility of "bad" root canals and cavitations as one of the root causes of their illness. This issue is denied by the majority of the dental community and unknown to most in the integrative medicine community. I've recently been consulted by patients with neurological symptoms of unknown cause for the possibility of mold or Lyme. My testing showed what they really had were cavitations from wisdom teeth extractions or root canals, which were confirmed by CT scans by a biological oral surgeon.

This "new" research suggests that vitamin D3 is more beneficial than vitamin D2. This has been known for decades. I don't know anyone who knows anything about holistic health recommending vitamin D2. The only people who prescribe D2 it are medical doctors. Why? It's a prescription that you get from pharmacies so it can be covered by insurance. It's based on the fallacy that anything prescription much be better than what is over the counter.

Researchers analyzed 11 trials with 655 adults and discovered that taking vitamin D2 supplements decreases the body's vitamin D3 levels, a previously unknown effect.
