Protect your eyes during Healthy Vision Month! Here are the top 5 things your eye care experts want you to know: ⤵️

🥗 Your diet impacts your eyes more than you think, so eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins.

😎 The sun can cause significant damage to your eyes, so always wear sunglasses that block UVA and UVB rays.
