HOPE Recovery Resources

HOPE Recovery Resources We practice a model of service provision we call 360 degree recovery support.

Hope Recovery Resources is a continuing care community that includes recovery residences in addition to recovery support services, all designed to bridge the gap from early recovery to independent living, addressing most behavioral health conditions. We realize that each individual is unique, and our mission is to help adult men and women find their own path to healing with the support of our professional staff to incorporate healthy living skills into daily life. We strive to remove barriers to recovery support and services and welcome all demographics, to include new communities for LGBTQI+.

🌿 A Legacy Replanted 🌿

To everyone who has followed Hope Recovery Resources over the years—thank you. Whether you were a part of the journey as a resident, a supporter, a family member, or a friend, you’ve witnessed something special: a recovery community built on heart, structure, and deep belief in second chances.

That community was founded and nurtured by Beth Fisher-Sanders, whose vision and passion created a place where hundreds of individuals found healing, accountability, and the space to become who they were always meant to be. The programs she developed—the very ones that changed so many lives—remain the foundation of what we continue today.

Though the name has changed, the heart has not.

✨ We are now Replanted Recovery Villas ✨
The same evidence-based structure.
The same commitment to dignity, hope, and transformation.
Now with new leadership and a renewed vision for the future.

We honor Beth’s legacy every single day in our work—and if her mission ever touched you or someone you love, we invite you to keep following the journey.

Leaning into community -

This is a recovery house. You would not know it walking by - it is in a nice neighborhood in south Charlotte. We have homes like these in both Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA, where people stay for anywhere from 3 months to several years. It is a place of refuge, safety, support and healing. We serve men and women who are seeking recovery from addiction and other mental health issues. For many we serve, what is experienced here is the first time they have known a healthy, peaceful home environment. Our communities function as families of choice. Lives are restored here.

HOPE Recovery Resources/Hope Homes is in its 28th year of operation, and is growing. We need more homes! If you know anyone who is looking for a family to rent their home please connect us. We are excellent tenants and there is the additional benefit of using an asset to truly better the world. Renting property can be difficult for organizations like ours. We are not a 'group home'. We are good, quiet neighbors who appreciate and take care of our homes.

Thank you for helping us spread the word!
