Our Winter Yoga Session wraps up this Friday, February 21—but don’t worry, we’re flowing straight into spring! 🌿✨
The Spring Session begins Monday, February 24, and runs for 7 weeks until April 11. This season, we’re focusing on strengthening our arms, core, and legs—building stability, balance, and power in every pose! 💪🏾💫
🌞 Spring is a time of renewal! As we shed the heaviness of winter (and all those holiday indulgences), it’s the perfect time to refresh our bodies and minds. As the weather warms, we may even take our practice outside to the pavilion!
✨ Bonus: Each session ends with an energizing Buti Yoga class—because what’s better than movement, music, and a little extra sweat?
