A sprained ligament can be painful, but proper care can speed up recovery. 🦵💪 The tried-and-true RICE method is a simple and effective approach:
✅ Rest – Give the injured area a break to prevent further damage
✅ Ice – Reduce swelling and ease pain
✅ Compression – Use a brace or elastic bandage for support
✅ Elevation – Raise the limb above heart level to limit swelling
What if RICE isn’t enough?
While RICE is helpful, severe sprains may need extra support. Immobilizing your sprain can prevent further injury and give your body the rest it needs to heal properly.
