I have been certified by my teacher, Andrey Lappa, to teach Universal Yoga/ Shiva Nata (300 hrs) - twice! Designed to create balance within the 7 shells, between each of the 7 shells and between the 7 shells and surrounding space. As a result of your class, you have the opportunity to experience a blank state of consciousness with no thoughts. We call this the post-effect of practice of Universal Yoga. This is the only complete system of practice I have ever encountered. Through this practice I am changing myself and changing the world.
