Our first ever “Teacher of the Month” celebration 🎉🎊🥳🙌…. Join us in congratulating Ami for all her hard work and the commitment she shows to teaching. Ami has been with us for two years and joined our team after completing our 200hr program. Like many working yoga teachers, she teaches at multiple space in the city but she always shows up and gives her all to this community like it’s her only job. She is creative, thoughtful and dedicated to our team, her classes and students…. And this is just what happens in the teaching room - behind the scenes Ami consistently lends a hand to cover for other teachers, brainstorms & shares her creative ideas 💡, cheers us on, and is just generally a joy to work with. We love her and chose her as the first in our teacher spot light because we want her to know how much all of this means to us

If you haven’t taken Ami’s class’s yet - don’t miss out. She taught a beautiful flow tonite and has been weaving one mudra into class each week. Tonite we got to sit with Hakini mudra (a personal fav!) and still enjoyed a strong 💪 and grounded practice that hit all the right places

We are excited to have amazing Pilates teachers on our team ~ no wonder yall have been loving Pilates lately. Yep, we still offer the sacred flow, yin and restore classes we’ve started with almost 14 years ago but we know caring for our body requires ALL the tools so if you want to check out something spicier join us on Monday, Thursday or Sunday for Mat Pilates or check our schedule for Yoga Sculpt and Warm Power Flow…

Happy Birthday to our Teacher Manager, an amazing teacher, moon circle facilitator, and sometimes lobby concierge Ashley!!! She took a trip and is coming home soon so wish her a happy birthday here and come see her in class again starting Sunday nite 🧡🌺✨💯

Our teaching family is growing again ✨✨ we are so excited to welcome to our teaching team. Like Maz, who joined us in June - Crystal has been teaching in the Atlanta community for a bit and we are happy to now be one of her teaching homes. Our new additions both teach with a lot of authenticity & love for the transforming aspects of yoga.

Meet Crystal on Fridays at 4:45p and Mondays 7:15p (starting in late July)

Our Kid’s Sunday Session is almost full for tomorrow! Just TWO SPOTS left..but adults are in lucky because we have four amazing grown up classes all with space available
