After decades of dedicated service, we celebrate the incredible career and well-earned retirement of Dr. Moore, a beloved physician, colleague, mentor, and friend.
A proud native of Rome, Georgia and a third-generation physician, Dr. Moore has spent his life caring for the women and families of North Georgia with unwavering compassion and expertise. From his early days at the University of Tennessee to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and residency at Georgia Baptist, Dr. Moore has devoted every step of his journey to improving the lives of others.
His clinical interests in high-risk obstetrics, primary care, and well-woman exams have made him a trusted and respected figure in our community. He has walked with patients through every stage of life—delivering their babies, watching those babies grow into adults, and even delivering the next generation. That legacy of care is rare and deeply meaningful.
Beyond his clinical excellence, Dr. Moore’s leadership as former President of the Georgia OB/GYN Society and long-standing member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists speaks volumes about his commitment to advancing the field of women’s health.
We will miss his wisdom, kindness, and humor in the halls of Peachtree Women’s Clinic. But we are thrilled to see him step into this next chapter of life—one filled with well-deserved rest, family time at the lake, and perhaps more adventures with his wife Theresa, their two sons, and their sweet grandchildren.
Dr. Moore, thank you for everything. Your legacy here is immeasurable, and your presence will always be a part of Peachtree’s story. Wishing you a retirement filled with joy, peace, and continued purpose.
