Whoever suggested radish air fried chips… I love you!! It takes just like a potato! I’m in heaven and I thought I hated radishes! Nothing but radish, a little olive oil and seasoning of your choice. Air fried for 9 minutes at 370.

One of my favorite breakfasts for 3 - 5pts. I fried 2 eggs (I like them broken yoke and fried hard) 0 pts. Before I flip them I put a tablespoon of real bacon bits on each egg. I often don't put the bacon on and save 2 points. The bacon sticks to the yolk . After I flip I put one slice of a Velveeta cheese slice. Stack the eggs and put on a toasted Thomas multi grain English muffin (2 points).
I spray a little so you think it's butter spray on the English muffin and use pam spray to cook. Zero points for those.
Fruit is free too! Delicious breakfast sandwich

To the person that suggested these sprinkled with a crumbled graham cracker in place of my beloved yogurt… I hope you never catch a red light again in your life, I hope your pillow is always cold, I hope you never get bit by a mosquito ever again and I hope all your dreams come true.
