Fit, FIERCE over 50 (The Black Woman’s DYI Guide) YouTube Channel is a real time narrative dedicated to providing essential tools to obtain true and sustainable mental, physical and financial success. Our innovative collaboration of Daily Vlogs, Commentaries and round table discussions with Fit, FIERCE and successful Black Women over 50 provides a unique perspective and insight of how to successfully maneuver life’s challenges in an ever changing social climate. Our daily narratives exposes how we implement critical thinking, fitness, nutrition, entrepreneurial and natural instinct to deprogram us from generational self-hatred, racism, detachment and orchestrated propaganda. Rather we rely on our innate nature, intellect, intuition and strength to confront and overcome. Our Team of Black Women professionals comprise accredited entrepreneur, licensed mental health counselor and fitness/health expert. Since all human life began from a Black woman it is inevitable that we as Black women pose an unparalleled prospective and ability to survive and thrive. In order to maintain the true essence of Life and Order, our Narrative is vital.
