Our Doctors & Their Practice

Dr. Joe Massey, a well-known pioneer in IVF, along with Dr. Edward Dourron, an expert in Natural IVF and Mini Stim IVF as well as robotic fertility surgery, bring more low cost solutions for hopeful parents-to-be in the southeast. Dedicated to providing the most effective, affordable and compassionate care possible, Pathways Fertility was founded on the idea that fertility treatment should be accessible. Their unique low-cost IVF programs are just that and bring the joy of parenthood to more couples than ever before.

Dr. Joe Massey

Dr. Massey has been a pioneer in the field of infertility since he first studied IVF in Australia the early 1980’s. He was involved in the first pregnancy in the world following assisted hatching in 1988 and ICSI in 1993. His clinical trials and co-authorship of a plethora of articles published in medical journals culminated in co-founding Servy Massey Fertility Institute (SMFI), a low-cost, full-service fertility clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. He has now joined forces with Dr. Dourron as Pathways Fertility.

Dr. Massey is a former board member of Resolve and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
