Our hearts are full! ❤️ We want to send a massive thank you to the Oak Grove UMC Youth Ministry for officially kicking off the holiday season at Trinity Community Ministries!

They didn’t just donate beautiful Christmas trees 🎄—they came by on Sunday, helped the guys decorate, brought homemade cookies to decorate (and enjoy!), and played some fun games.

These moments of community and connection are invaluable to the men who are working hard to reclaim their lives. Thank you, Oak Grove, for the joy and fellowship! We can’t wait to see you again.

A massive thank you to the Voices of Asian Youth Group for hosting our T.E.A.M. Dinner this month! 🍜

It was an honor to have them for their first visit. Their willingness to share a meal and fellowship created a truly special atmosphere for the men who are reclaiming their lives.

We hope they enjoyed it as much as we did and we’re already looking forward to their next visit!

Who Are We: Trinity Community Ministries

Our Mission here at Trinity Community Ministries is to help chronically homeless men reclaim their lives and return to their families and communities as mentors and leaders.

What is formerly known as Hanley Funeral home is now a place for new life. Hanley funeral was the place of preparation for boxer “Tiger” Flames and for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and his mother.

Founded in 1988, Trinity Community Ministries is a 36-bed transitional housing program that serves men who are chronically homeless. suffering from substance abuse, veterans who might have fallen on life terms, and those who are disabled. To these men, the program is a lifeline, providing support services that lead back to employment, personal responsibility, and reunification of families.

With the help of dozens of volunteers, churches, corporate supporters and other collaborative organizations throughout the city of Atlanta, Trinity Community Ministries provides essential tools and necessary support to promote sustainable independence among men who are homeless and often struggling with addiction or other disabilities.
