Non-operative care focuses on Physical therapy with our highly trained personnel, with injections focused on relieving the pain so that we can strengthen your core and spine for a lifetime of pain-free living. In addition, the operative management is not the traditional spine surgery of our forefathers, rather we concentrate on minimally invasive procedures that mobilize the patient as soon as possible.

In this case, a 32 year old mother of 3 who had severe debilitating left leg pain, came to us for a third opinion. She had tried injections and therapy and most recently was offered a “surgery”, that after doing her own research, did not look encouraging.

We offered and consented her to an endoscopic MIS microdisectomy that took thirty minutes at our state of the art Orthopaedic Spine ASC in Buckhead. The patient left pain free!
