Juicing is a wonderful way to release toxins in the body as well as some of those extra pounds.
It's a new year and a lot of us need a jump start on getting our diet and workout plans back in order(meeeee, Im that person lol)
I find it difficult to want to workout when I have gained pounds(I feel sluggish and un motivated),so I like to juice for a few days before getting back to my workout routines.
