Thursday, 7/3 - Closing early TODAY at 1:00pm
Friday, 7/4 - CLOSED in observance of the holiday
Saturday, 7/5 - Open, abbreviated hours: 9:00am - Lunch (for acutely sick patients only)

If your child has an urgent medical need while we're closed, you can still call our office number. You will be connected to our answering service, who will route you to the on-call nurses at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as needed.

Please note, we will be closed on Monday, May 26th in observance of the holiday. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th. We will also be open during our regular Saturday hours this Saturday, May 24th, for patients with acute illnesses only.

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering ear piercings for infants (6–18 months) and children 5 years and older. The cost is $75, which includes both ears and the jewelry. Please note that this service is available as a self-pay option only. The piercings will be performed by our Nurse Practitioner, Madeleine Goldstone. Call our front desk if you’d like to schedule an appointment!

Spring is here! To ensure safe and effective allergy treatment, please follow the guidelines below based on your child’s age and symptoms.

Under age 2: No allergy medications recommended. If concerned, please schedule an appointment, as true seasonal allergies are less common/likely at this age.

Over age 2: If clinical symptoms occur, over-the-counter, long-acting antihistamines such as Zyrtec, Allegra, Xyzal, or Claritin may be used according to label recommendations. Symptoms include: congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes, nose, or throat, runny nose and eyes, coughing, and post nasal drip (drainage in the throat). If symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks, please schedule an office visit.

Additional Notes:
No over-the-counter allergy eye drops, nasal steroid sprays, or nasal decongestants are recommended without an office visit.

Afrin should not be used without evaluation in the office.

Many of you are already familiar with FollowMyHealth, our current patient portal. We are excited to announce that we are expanding to their enhanced Mobile Patient Experience platform through CareNarrative! Starting TODAY, March 25th, you will be able to enjoy a variety of new features designed to make your experience with us easier and more convenient:

Mobile Check-in: Check in before your appointment while easily updating your personal and insurance details. You may still receive a check-in link from Phreesia, our current mobile check-in platform; however, you can disregard this link and complete your check-in through FollowMyHealth. The link will be sent from the number 82273.

Pay Bills Online*: Make secure payments anytime via our new Online Bill Pay. *We will inform you once this application has been fully implemented and is ready for use.

Schedule Appointments Online: Easily book appointments—including same-day sick visits with our Nurse Practitioners!—at your convenience with our new and improved online scheduling system located on our website.

Confirm Your Appointment: Confirm or cancel your appointment by text within 48 hours.

Join Our Waitlist: If applicable, patients can add themselves to our waitlist via text, and we’ll send a link if an earlier spot becomes available.

These features, and more, will be available automatically; however, access to the patient portal is now required. Ensure that you have a portal account for each child in your family. If you still need to sign up, simply visit our website and click on the 'Patient Portal' link on the homepage.

Moving forward, the portal will be used for all nurse inquiries, referrals, medication questions, and more. Our nurses are actively monitoring these messages. The nurse hotline will now be reserved solely for triaging acutely sick calls. For all appointment bookings, please contact the front desk or schedule online.
