✨️Update✨️All roads are now open as normal! Thanks to the linemen and everyone involved.

🚨 If you haven't heard, a large tree fell by Aylo Health, and Hickory Flat Hwy is expected to be closed all day between McDonald's and Kroger due to the downed power line in the circle there in the pic. The road is also closed at Hickory Rd and Batesville. The only way to get to us today looks to be from Batesville Rd to Charles Cox. Thankfully our power has been restored, and we're fully operational. Be safe!

I LOVE shopping on Amazon as much (maybe more) than the next middle-aged mama, much to my husband's dismay😇

However, one thing to not buy there is supplements. Many studies have been done showing that you may not really be getting what you think you are.

One study revealed only 7% of supplements sold there contained the ingredients on the labels. That means only 7 out of 100, say Magnesium glycinates, actually have the magnesium glycinate that you expect to be getting.

Similar studies have shown similar results from big box stores.

Supplements can certainly be expensive, so be aware.🛑
