Amanda Brown's journey at Resurgens started in 2006 as a Medical Assistant (MA) and has grown into an incredible leadership story. After nearly a decade as an MA, she became a clinical supervisor, then expanded her role to oversee multiple regions. When the pandemic hit, she stepped up as the clinical manager for the entire company and was promoted to clinical director in 2020. Today, she leads the Georgia market, driving process improvements and supporting clinical teams every day.
Her favorite part of the job? Helping others grow in their careers and making a difference for patients. She's passionate about connecting with staff, explaining the "why" behind changes, and ensuring everyone sees the bigger picture. That commitment to growth and collaboration is what makes her leadership so impactful.
Outside of work, Amanda spends time at her kids' traveling soccer games and loves exploring new restaurants, especially taco spots! Her story is proof that at Resurgens, growth opportunities are real and rewarding.
