Every Thursday there are people waiting for me when I arrive

Today was a day where I was in charge of breakfast and lunch, so we had a lot to load in. Everyone in this picture is carrying something from the car into the church. They are eager to help every week.

is raising funds to expand our mission into downtown Atlanta and I'm asking for support from the community to make it happen.

You can attend for free or make a donation. A portion of donations go to other nonprofits including TLC Yoga! Use links to scheduling to register.

If you know people who need affordable/free access to class, this is a great one!

☀️Y'all, this is a delightfully detailed class that targets your core plus pretty much everything else. I'm discovering tiny little ass muscles, thanks Stephie! It's also helping me stay strong and balanced as I get back into running.

☀️Nectar Yoga has also donated a five class card as one of our raffle items. Everyone who signs up or donates will be included in a raffle of their choosing!
