I’ve worn sports watches for years, but I’ve recently added 𝐖𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐏 to the mix.
WHOOP tracks key metrics 24/7 and focuses on data-driven coaching, helping me better understand my body’s readiness and make more informed decisions around training and rest.
My Garmin and COROS watches track the work: pace, distance, effort.
WHOOP tracks the response (recovery, sleep, strain, HRV, and now I have an ECG at my fingertips in a matter of seconds), then provides guidance to help me create habit changes leading to better health and peak performance.
I’ve been wearing it for about two weeks, so my personalized insights are still coming together, but I’m excited to dive into all of these new metrics, learn my baseline, protect my heart, and train smarter for the long run.
