Most of us didn’t go to school for marketing—and we definitely didn’t sign up to run our businesses like the old patriarchal models tell us to: hustle harder, grind it out, ignore our limits. This workshop with psychotherapist Elizabeth O’Brien and marketing strategist Ellen Peacock blends nervous system care with a clear, human-first marketing strategy so you can protect your capacity while growing your business. You’ll learn how to spot overextension, regulate during busy seasons, and create a marketing plan that works with your energy—not against it. We would love to see you!

Very excited to announce the launch of Centering You ~Postpartum Edition card deck. This is a wellness card deck for any postpartum person or provider who works with postpartum people. When Marianela and I were selling the card deck at the PSI conference this year we met so many amazing people. One mother she came to the conference because she was a survior of Postpartum Psychosis (an uncommon , serious and treatable condition) told us she wanted to buy several of our card decks for her friends who were pregnant as shower gifts. She said "these are better gifts than a onesie, they can help her". Help us spread the word. www.centeringyou.com to learn more and buy your deck.

When our mind is so clouded by ambiguity, fear of the unknown and the newness of caring for a human baby, it is hard to set intentions. These cards were created to support and facilitate your goals for the day, week or month. Pick one and center yourself with an intention. When ready, flip and try a skill, reflection, or connect with additional resources. You are not alone. Shop yours through the link in our bio or by visiting Centeringyou.com

I recently listened to this news series that showed the benefits of singing to your baby. Take a listen, it's fascinating.

Sometimes the right lullaby sends my kids off to dreamland so fast it makes me feel like I have a parenting superpower. Turns out the wonder of lullabies is confirmed by scientific research.

I am so excited to share this event; making the invisible Visible thru a party. Recently people have asked what I mean Invisible Labor, it's also called the mental load, the unpaid, unrecognized energy, planning, attending too, organizing, care giving, "all the things we do behind the scenes that mostly women are doing on- top of their other jobs. The panelists are fantastic, the vibe is going to be high. Get your tickets! Be part of this conversation and community.

Join us for curated cocktails or mocktails, live art, and a facilitated discussion where our panelists share how they have redesigned their workspaces and redefined how they work differently by using innovative sustainable models and practices. Link in bio for tickets. Half of the proceeds go to the The Georgia Fund for Perinatal Mental Health.
