See this what nobody wants to talk about…

it’s too boring…

it’s too mundane…

it’s too obvious…

and most importantly you love eating too much to wanna speak on it

But the thing that has the single most significant impact on the way you look is…

how much f*cking food(calories) you put in your mouth

If you eat in a surplus you will get bigger…

If you eat in a deficit you will get smaller…

Period

Nothing else you do matters if this isn’t considered and addressed

I’m very active and lift weights in every pic

My routine is slightly different from pic to pic…

but the biggest difference in each phase is how much I’m eating

I had to eat a lot more to get from 1 to 2…

I ate a sh*t ton to get from 2 to 3 which is the biggest I’ve been in my life
(Almost 3000-4000 calories a day)

and trust if I kept eating that much I would’ve kept getting bigger until I was fat

Now in pic 4 I eat half of that (1500-2000 a day) and I’m 30lbs lighter

I’m also 20 years older, busy, with a family, traveling the world…

and I didn’t somehow magically lose my ability to burn fat

So all the excuses you’ve made up of why you can’t lose weight or why you keep gaining weight are invalid

You eat too gaht damn much…

and either you don’t know it or you do and you do nothing about

Regardless your body is going to respond the way biology intended

It’s been a busy 3 weeks settling in after moving abroad and hosting our parents right after…

It was good to get some quality time together…just us

Here’s exactly what you should do to stay on track with you weight loss…

See diet culture and the fitness industry will give you a list of things you gotta do to “successfully” navigate the day…

Years ago, I even wrote a ebook called “Thanksgiving Survival Guide”…

that talked about the precautions you should take…

and the “gameplan” you need on Thanksgiving to not gain weight

but the reality is…

that’s all bu****it

Thanksgiving is one day…

and nothing you do on this one day is going to completely sabotage your weight loss journey and health

As a matter of fact…

if you celebrate Thanksgiving how it’s celebrated traditionally…

more food…more drinks…more sweets…

So what?

It’s not about working the most hours…

or even working the hardest…

it’s about working smart

I know everybody says that…

but it means 2 things to me…

1. Getting the highest ROE (Return On Effort)

How can I do the least and get the most

In grind culture that’s blasphemous….

but f*ck that…

I’m passed the years of ego tripping bout who can outwork who

Plus I’ve been able to make more money, do amazing things with my body, and live life to the fullest…

“Grinding” less than I did my first 10 years in business and bodybuilding

2. Simplify to multiply

How can I simplify the process to increase my probability of ex*****on over an extended period of time

I heard a quote that goes…

“Extraordinary people are just EXTRA at doing the ORDINARY things over and over again”

So I’m just extra at doing the basic things that most people won’t do everyday

Then I simplified and systemized it…

and that’s how I’ve been able to help others build the body of their dreams doing less than everybody else

Now this system isn’t for you if you wanna work super hard, do another restrictive diet, or grind for hours at the gym just to lose weight…

but if you want a simple way to spend less time grinding but get more results…

It’s crazy to think that this same time just 2yrs ago I was visiting Dubai for the first time…

a 2 week trip turned into 6 weeks…

Now 2yrs later I live here

If do what you said you gon do was a person 🙋🏾‍♂️

I don’t always know how Imma get sh*t done…

I just take imperfect action and learn along the way…
