3/21 I celebrated my 30th.
I began this business, this movement when I was 24 years old. 6 whole years. I feel like I embody what i wanted this business to promote. while im not as active as I use to be, a goddess still be out here goddessing. and like i always say, in due time in due season services and products will spring again.
I love you all, thank you for sticking with PPP this far 💝♈️

sharing all the throwbacks because i been tapped in!! Whatever your self care looks like sound like feels like, that's on you. I say feed your whole being- mental, emotional, spiritual, physical.
For me, it's movement of all sort using herbs flowers, meditation and prayer. I gotta get back in my journal bag. when is the last time you have journaled? or moved or done something to feed your whole self?

Throwback to one of my favorite herbal mixes i created called . I made this mix in 2020 and have been recreating it since then because it's that magical!

Renu I created as my first official steam, this helped me throughout my postpartum period of motherhood. It helped to rid my body of matter, cleanse, and regulate my menstrual cycle. It also helped me to relieve stress as the herbs added can also help to relieve the nervous system. Renu leaves a cleansing feeling and aids with the natural vaginal detoxing cycle.

Renu is perfect for after your cycle or release of old/new matter. It helps to regulate with herbs such as rose petals, chamomile and hibiscus and lemon balm.

2019 I hopped on a journey that i didn't know would be a lifelong passion of mine.

I started yoga during my first pregnancy and yoni steaming after. I found out that my great grandmother was a community herbalists and offered yoni steams in Jamaica. I felt aligned and relieved that i found practices that connected to me and helped me deal with the holistic aspects of myself.

I have discovered a lot about myself as a woman throughout my life and Pum Pum Powa is my way of giving back the mission and gifts that God has placed within me. Just like when i first started- I intend to share the practices that have helped me get through. I have taken a break to balance out other aspects of my life but at this point in my journey i'm ready to hop back into this part of my calling.

I'm fine tuning my focus in the practice of women's holistic health. I'm excited and patient in presenting my offerings this year. I hope you are to!! 🌼✨

Wanted to share a thought about the POWER of flowers 🌼.
Flower essences have been shown to help with trauma responses in the body. The use of flowers in yoni steam not only helps the body physically heal but helps on the physcological level as well as the spiritual. As the benefits of the flowers helps to reprogram cellular memory.

Although trauma is not something we can take back, it is something that flowers can help us heal through. Yoni steaming to me is a way to reclaim the body's memory and reprogram our cells towards positive memories of growth 💕

I believe flowers can help to reprogram the memory of the body, transforming aspects of trauma into self empowerment.
