My last community sound bath of 2025… and what a way to close the year.
I didn’t plan for a super moon🌕, but alignment has a funny way of showing up right on time. Under that bright, magnetic moon, we created space to lay things down — the heaviness, the noise, the old stories. A room full of like-minded souls breathing together, softening together, releasing together.

Candlelight, intention, sound, and a little bit of divine timing.
What needed to fall away… fell away.
What needed clarity… was found.

I’m finally learning that people move through life from their own weather, their own wounds, their own timing. And none of that has anything to do with my worth. I don’t have to carry it, fix it, or make it mean something about me. I can just let people be who they are and keep choosing my peace, my softness, and my center.
