The Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority

The Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority The FDHA focuses on promoting the general health of the community and advocating for the indigent.

As Owners of the Grady Health System, the FDHA (the "Authority") works to eliminate health disparities in the metro Atlanta by serving as a resource for individuals and families seeking information and access to quality health services in Fulton and DeKalb counties. We also work by assisting metro Atlanta public health professionals in overcoming barriers that may prevent them from providing needed care.

If your neck hurts by lunch, this is for you.
Today’s Wellness Wednesday is all about workspace ergonomics. A few small adjustments can make your day a lot more comfortable.
Quick check:
• Are you looking down at your screen?
• Are your shoulders creeping up?
• Are your feet flat on the floor?
Take five minutes and reset your space. Your back will thank you.
